We understand there are many details you can’t know ahead of time. And we know how life in Haiti requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changes. However, we have found that clearly communicating expectations up front prevents many problems and misunderstandings down the road. And if you don’t have clear goals to work toward, it’s very hard to move forward at all.
