NWHCM Applicants for Barnabas and Summer Internships (as well as some Mission Trips) need three character references.
You will need one reference from each of these groups:

Reference Process
You will need to do the following:
- Contact three individuals and ask if they will be your references.
- Give them the following information:
- Your name
- Your Application Type (Barnabas, Summer Staff or Mission Trip)
- Confirm which type of Reference they are (A, B or C). They will be asked to select that at the beginning of the Reference form.
- Deadline for your Reference Forms.
