River of Hope (14:00 min) is a video on DVD, filmed in 2002, that provides an overview of the work of the
Northwest Haiti Christian Mission at that time. Beginning with a four minute music video (designed for dual use as a
worship piece for use during Communion, Offering, or other special worship segment), the video includes brief highlights
of many of our programs as well as several inspirational stories. The River of Hope DVD also includes:
- Feed a 1000 (3:00 min) is a video detailing our vision to feed an additional 1000 children a day at our new facility in St. Louis du Nord. We already feed nearly 3000 people each day in our six schools through our other programs at the mission compound.
- Medical Ministries (5:00 min) is video that provides an overview of our numerous medical ministries, including the Birthing Center, Children's clinic, Dental Clinic, Eye Clinic, Lab, Pharmacy, and Surgery and Recovery units. The video also includes inspirational highlights and encouragement to other medical personnel to join our work in Haiti.
- Shalah Orphanage (5:00 min) is a video that provides an overview of one of our oldest ministries, the Northwest Haiti Christian Mission orphanage in Port de Paix. The orphanage currently helps provide clothing, education, food, health services, love and spiritual nurture to approximately one hundred children.
